  I have tried this location a few different times hoping that things would change. Fist time I had plastic and paper on my Turkey bacon ranch, then tonight I was like great we have everything nope I ordered and was charged for a large jalapeno popper received a small my fries were cold and stale ok my sandwich was the turkey and Swiss no mayo and no onions did great there but where's the turkey one slice really so much nasty mustard disgusting bread and no cheese. Meal was not a total lost my mint shake was great and my husband sandwich was right. I don't care how much butt kissing I'll never go back!

  I only get half an hour for lunch, I like the food although pricey, but 90% of the time I come to this location I've waited at least 15 minutes in the drive through, once with only one person in front of me. They are mega slow and no sense of urgency

  We hauled ass from Buford to make it to Cumming in time to eat here. We had 21 mins. to get there, & it only takes 15. We got there at 11:54p! YAY! We'd been discussing the coupons on our way, already knew exactly what we were gonna order, rode around to the drive thru & a recording came on & said that they were closed. THAT'S BULLSHIT! fukrs. Now we're across the street at Applebee's. We really wanted Arby's. Instead we're eating half price app's & having a 2/$20. Change your hours if you don't plan on being open til 12.
