  Tactics of Chilis -874 Buford Rd. Cumming, Ga.30041, periodally have to go to doctor treatment in that area never having issue till recently at Chilis. Couple months ago came in for lunch told them what we wanted for lunch and they brought out dinner portions and charged off dinner menu., next two times were fine. Was there week ago and said I wanted to order lunch and again they brought out the dinner partitions. Quesada’s are on both lunch and dinner menu but when its 12 noon and you state you want lunch why do you charge someone dinner prices??? Any normal restaurant would ask do you want that off lunch or dinner menu not just bring out dinner to charge more money. This was two times too many. I am sorry left tip, but was another drink server involved and not his fault. When questioned never offer to take it off just said oh I thought you wanted dinner (right after I said lunch) So Chilis gift cards are out of my Christmas list and oh course manager or no one in front at all as server knew I was upset. Love the way everyone disappeared. I will not be going back to that Chilis and telling my friend beware as they like to stiff you.

  What is the issue with the 3/$10 meal dessert? It is NEVER offered so today I sat and waited til I was checked on, asked for my dessert, told it comes in the caramel flavor, 11 mins later, oops, no, just chocolate, ok ill take that, 16 mins later it finally comes out so pls tell me, do u just not want to serve the dessert, is it hard to put together or to remember, wth is it?

  Food is good here but their draft beer always has a funky taste. They say the system has been cleaned but they should replace all of their lines. Won't drink their draft again until this is done. Their prices for bottled beer is high so, what's left to do but go somewhere else, or get take out. That's sad, just replace your beer tap lines. Ask them if they have done it yet.
