- 1 / 5By Shannon HudsonCame in & ordered a simple breakfast sandwich. Got it and whomever made the order put honey on it. I didn't order honey mustard and I have no idea why it was put on it. Went up to get a replacement and the manager said honey mustard comes on the sandwich. Never have I ordered this and received honey mustard on it. I even got a "who cares" from him. Then when I got my new sandwich, it didn't have the type of cheese I ordered. Come to find out they don't carry the type of cheese I ordered, but the cashier didn't bother to say anything. Whatever happened to stores having great customer service? I will say that when my boyfriend went up to speak to a different manager, the manager did agree that I should have been told about not carrying the cheese and refunded our money.March 12, 2017
