  I have been a patron of this Kroger for some time, and visit the Starbucks nearly every time, and during the last month it has gone down hill, the "manager" sits by the kiosk and eats, every time I see the man he is eating, smoking IN UNIFORM, or wandering the store. I've watched Allie run from one end of the store to the other for a customer while he sits and watches. He is always there and consistently doing NOTHING. They are always out of something, and it always takes atleast 15 minutes for the whole transaction because there's never two people in the kiosk anymore. It also makes me very uncomfortable when Debbie yells at employees infront of the line of customers, instead of simply helping.

  This location is so much better since they remolded. It looks much cleaner, the people are very friendly and helpful. We are long time Kroger customers and are excited to have a new location nearby opening soon.
