  I just moved into the area. Personally I have always favored Papa John's over all the other chains. However the few times I have ordered Pizza from here, it was horrible.
  I always ordered online and never had a problem with my order. Delivery was fast and the drivers were friendly.
  But in the end, the thing that matters is the quality of the Pizza. Issues I had:
  - Dough wasn't cooked all the way.
  - Crust was 3 times larger on one side than the other
  - Sauce and toppings not evenly distributed (and I am talking like 70/30 favored to one side)
  - We normally add one topic to only one side, however the pizza is never cut in the middle... meaning the special topping on one half is pointless to get. Either it ends up on both sides, or only on half of the half that should have it.

  Walked in as someone else was being very belligerent and dumb. The staff handled it much more calmly than I would have. Guy at the counter also helped me carry the 20 pizzas to my car. Well made food and supreme service.
